We can provide turnover services as needed, be your backup cleaners or full on handle all scheduling, reporting of issues and maintenance. Due to each unique space, we would love to be able to visit the space. Due to the current climate we are offering video consultations. We've learned over the years that Sq Ft and Rooms don't always tell you everything you need to know about a place. Sometimes the number of beds, types of floors, whether there are pets in the home etc, can truly effect the cleaning time. Typically we bill by the hour and create an estimated average time frame so you've got a flat fee for your vacation rental housekeeping fee's.
